❌ What’s Not Included?
Flights & transportation to the retreat venue
Airport transfers (€100 - €120 round-trip per person) – Group shuttle available at certain times only
Trip cancellation & personal medical insurance (strongly recommended)
Personal expenses, gifts, extra tours, or additional activities
Gratuities for guides, drivers, and housekeeping (optional)
💳 Payment & Booking Conditions
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of €500 is required at the time of booking.
🔹To attend, it is essential that all payments meet the final payment deadline.
🔹 Payments must be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
🔹 Bookings made within six weeks of the retreat start date require full payment upfront.
All payments must be received at least six weeks before the retreat starts and can be made online through our secure order form or by contacting Louise at Soulise Retreats for an alternative arrangement.
📆 Cancellation & Refund Policy
90+ days before retreat: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit
60-90 days before retreat: 50% refund of any payments made after the non-refundable deposit is received
42 days or less: No refunds
🚨 Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unexpected changes.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the retreat start date. Once payments are non-refundable, you must claim any reimbursements through your insurance provider.
In the unlikely event that Algarve Soul Retreats cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, war, etc.), we will refund any amounts, not already paid to suppliers and attempt to recover advance payments where possible.
However, refunds are not guaranteed beyond what can be recovered. For any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section on our website or email [email protected] .
